Cluster Builders are the regional / vertical organizers. You launch a coalition of EPC firms in a specific geography or specialization, become its formal Leader (signing the Cluster Member Agreement v2), and earn from both cluster member fees and HUB success fees. Special launch incentives: 50% off Year 1 cluster fee + 25% Builder Bonus on the first 5 cluster projects.

Process · What happens after submission

Selective recruitment with business plan review. After submission: (1) initial business plan review within 10 business days, (2) financial DD on builder, (3) capacity verification (recruitable firms list), (4) 60-day decision. If approved: Cluster Founding Letter signed, then Cluster Member Agreement v2 with you as Leader.
